Standard Refund Conditions
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the failed delivery date
- The refund covers the eVisas.in service fee for the affected application
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- For group applications, each applicant's fee is refunded individually
Non-Refundable Situations
- Applications rejected due to incorrect information provided by the applicant
