By using eVisas.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are applying on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their consent. These terms govern all visa applications, payments, and services provided through eVisas.in.

eVisas.in provides visa application assistance, document preparation, and submission services. We are an authorised visa facilitation service — not an embassy or government body. Final visa approval or rejection is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

• You must provide accurate, truthful information — any misrepresentation is your sole responsibility
• Documents submitted must be genuine and valid
• You must notify us immediately of any change in travel dates or personal details after application
• You are responsible for meeting passport validity and other personal eligibility requirements

We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), and EMI options. All transactions are secured by Razorpay.

eVisas.in's liability is limited to the service fee paid for the specific application. We are not liable for losses arising from visa refusal, travel cancellations, flight or hotel costs, or any consequential damages. Our On-Time Guarantee refund (service fee only) is the maximum remedy available.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. For disputes under ₹50,000, we commit to resolution via online mediation within 30 days.
